Given that January is when most of us have made new resolutions, come see how AMPHS can help you keep those resolutions for the rest of the year! In this workshop, we will talk about sensible eating habits, especially for diabetes patients. We will discuss food alternatives that you can use to substitute some of those food favorites you like to eat so you can maintain healthy sugar levels year-round. After the workshop, our clinical volunteers will offer a nutrition counseling session to examine your dietary habits and provide guidance on making some healthier food choices.
